Frequently asked questions about the Advent calendar
I already have lots of CrownHorse products, is the Advent calendar still worth it?
Yes, of course! The large Advent calendar contains around 15 brand-new CrownHorse products. The 12+1-door version contains around 11 brand-new products. There are a few classics included, such as a neck strap, which you can always use anyway. These are then counted as existing products.
When will I receive my Advent calendar?
Dispatch will begin from the end of October. As we pack each calendar by hand, we’ll be sending them out on a rolling basis. It’ll reach you by the end of November at the latest, so that all the little doors will be in place in good time.
Can I personalise the calendar?
You can choose between an Advent calendar with 12+1 or 24 windows, and your T-shirt size will also be personalised. We don’t need any further information from you – the products for horses suit every coat colour.
Can I have the Advent calendar sent to someone as a present?
Yes, that’s no problem at all. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address during the payment process.
Can I return the Advent calendar?
You can return the calendar to us unopened within 14 days of receipt. Advent calendars that have been opened cannot be returned.
Is the Advent calendar worth it if I’ve already had the last one?
Yes, of course – we’ve once again developed lots of new products for you in this Advent calendar. There may be a few duplicates of classic items, but these can, of course, be used more than once – such as a neck piece. You’ll find more information on this in the product description.
