How much does return shipping cost?
For standard returns, we charge a flat fee of €5 for return shipping, which we will deduct directly from your refund. The advantage for you: If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), we will cover the shipping costs.
How long do I have to return the item?
You can try everything on at home at your leisure. From the day the package arrives, you have 14 days to return the items to us.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will immediately process your refund. You will typically receive your money back within 7 days via your original payment method.
